EVERYTHING ABOUT ONE THING
This was an ambitious project done “ Everything about one thing ” which is Diamond. Basically it explains how diamond as a stone is converted to a tool andused to cut different types of material. It is also shown how different techniques are used to create typography.
The aim was to create a minimalist yet creative way to put information out there. I want to deepen the society’s knowledge about theuniqueness of diamond, rather than it just being a ‘girl’s best friend’.
DIAMOND CUTS
I decided to use “ The cutting application of diamonds “ because it’s so relevanttoday. The tools that are indirectly made from diamond are being used in oureveryday lifes making it essential to know this facts by hard. In this publication,one will know how important a dimaond is to human and not only to girls.Diamonds used for industrial applications are usually of a lower grade than thosefound in the gemstone market, but they retain the same properties of hardnessand durability.
What’s so unique about my publication is that each layout is designed individually to attract the reader plus delivering the right information. It’s inbetween of an magazine and a book, whereby the usage of different sizes of fonts are widely exposed. Venturing from not only vector images to also some self photographed images.
